Sizing may vary between products. A size used for another brand or jersey may not correspond to the measurements shown on TOKYO KITS.

6. Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, numbers, spelling, capitalization, patches, and other customization details before completing an order.

Once production or fulfillment has started, personalized orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Personalized products cannot generally be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the customization submitted with the order. This restriction does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order but does not guarantee final acceptance.
