FAQ
1. How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Add three eligible jerseys to your cart and the lowest-priced one is free. It applies automatically, so there’s no code to enter. Orders with three or more items also get a free Mystery Gift, picked at random and revealed when your parcel arrives.
2. How do I choose the right size?
Classic jerseys have a regular fit; PRO jerseys are slimmer and more athletic. For both, we recommend going one size up. Every product has a Size Guide with the jersey’s measurements, so compare them with a shirt that already fits you well.
3. When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Free Express Tracked Shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive your tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.
4. Will I have to pay VAT, customs duties or import taxes?
No. Tokyo Kits covers all applicable VAT, customs duties and import taxes. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no additional charges upon delivery.
5. Can I return or exchange my jersey?
Eligible, unworn and non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from the customisation submitted.
